Executive Coaches I Work With

Marilyn brings a soft tone and a collaborative style to her coaching, with a focus on everyone's needs getting met while looking at the bottom line. She enjoys getting to the point, though takes as much time as necessary to gather pertinent information.

Her clients are enthusiastic in their acknowledgement of how her supportive style has helped them reach their goals. She accepts only six behavioral coaching clients per year, and works closely with Chris and Frank in her coaching, to provide her clients with maximum support and direction.

Marshall Goldsmith

Marshall Goldsmith is a world authority in helping successful leaders achieve positive change in behavior: for themselves, their people and their teams.  The American Management Association has recently named Marshall as one of fifty great thinkers and leaders from the past 80 years who have impacted the way we manage today.  He has been ranked in The Wall Street Journal as one of the top ten executive educators, in Forbes as one of five most respected executive coaches, and in the Economist as one of the most credible consultants in the new era of business.  His work has received national recognition from almost every publication and professional association in his field. Marshall's thoughts are featured every month in Fast Company magazine.

When your budget and Marshall's schedule don't allow your personnel to receive Feed Forward from him directly ... coordinate your evaluation process through inexpensive, 10-minute online assessments based on Marshall Goldsmith's coaching concepts including FeedForward.

Gary Ranker

Dr. Gary Ranker is cited by Forbes and other media as one of the top five coaches.

He specializes in coaching senior executives to succeed in cultures where corporate politics is a major factor.

Having worked and lived on four continents, Gary brings a valuable global mindset to his coaching relationships.

Chris Coffey

Chris has personally coached more than thirty-five corporate leaders over the last five years—primarily from Fortune 500 companies using the unique year long Goldsmith process. The common demoninator of Chris' clients is that they are all successful, high-potential individuals. All have a personal commitment to self improvement, and whose growth will be of great value to their organizations.

His corporate clients have included Amgen, Agilent, Apple, IBM, McKesson Medical, Microsoft and many other leading companies and institutions. Chris is a member of the faculty of the Technical Manager Program at UCLA and has been a guest professor at Gonzaga University in Florence, Italy.   Chris is a founding partner of Prism Ltd.

In addition, he has worked with Marshall Goldsmith for a number of years, and is a co-designer with Frank Wagner of the FEEDFORWARD COACHING™ Certification.

Twice a year, in March and September, Chris Coffey and Frank Wagner conduct 5 of the above workshops in the prestigious Technical Manager Program at UCLA.

Frank Wagner

Frank Wagner helps leaders achieve positive, long-term change in behavior.  He combines his experience since 1976 in developing leaders through workshop facilitation with his skills in working one-on-one with leaders as a behavioral coach.   When working at NationsBank (now Bank of America) Frank was nicknamed "The Consultant's Consultant". When working with IDS American Express, he was nicknamed "The Federal Express of Feedback" for assisting the senior executives in their teaching leadership throughout IDS.

Frank Wagner's coaching was an outgrowth of the work he was doing as a Partner & Director of Keilty, Goldsmith & Boone in the early 1980's. At that time, the organization affectionately called "the KGB", was pioneering the use of 360° feedback and one-on-one coaching sessions with corporate clients during intensive weeklong training sessions.

Frank sees his role more as a "personal trainer" in the spirit of the martial arts.  The leader he is coaching is really engaged in a practice centered on discipline, repetition and monthly follow-up.  Results are measured on a six- and twelve-month mini survey.  Utilizing his knowledge of the unique strengths and weaknesses of effective people, Frank only bills clients at the conclusion of his engagement after the leader has shown measurable positive, long-term change in behavior.
